Starmatic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our web tools and software applications in accordance with your subscription plan and applicable guidelines.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software systems.
• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our infrastructure or networks.

While our applications (such as SuperGST) facilitate automated GST calculation, invoicing, and tax report generation, merchants remain solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registered GSTINs, legal company names, state jurisdictions, and tax filing submissions with government authorities.

Starmatic Technologies does not act as a licensed chartered accountant or legal advisor. Merchants should consult their qualified tax professionals for official filing compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starmatic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
